INTERIOR MONOLOGUE
The interior monologue is the thought process of a character written from their perspective. A method of writing interior monologue is through "stream of consciousness". Allowing every conscious thought that comes to mind to be written down. In stream-of-consciousness mode, sentence structure and style need not be considered during the process of writing.

what should i write what is writing anyway why do we communicate through written words is this to cement their existence stream of consciousness that is what I need to focus on im not sure how this is done how can i just everything im thinking right now without being influenced by the fact that im supposed to focus on writing down everything im thinking right now stream of consciousness what does that mean anyway whos consciousness mine does that mean that im observing my mind so i can write down what its saying this is getting confusing i should focus on how my handwriting is suddenly different while i do this very wild little more rough and disorganised than stream of consciousness right im supposed to be recording my thoughts what have i been thinking
That was an interesting exercise. A few thoughts:
My uncontrolled conscious mind is chaotic and flighty. I need to reel that bad girl in! How? meditation, yoga, running?
My uncontrolled conscious mind doesn’t like deep questioning thought. If I am indeed observing my mind does that make it separate from me? Who is doing the observing? Where am I and what or who is the mind? Sounds like it’s time to pick up an Elkhart Tolle book.
My uncontrolled conscious mind is exhausting. It was stressful and tiresome reading that back never mind that I was writing for only minutes. What happens in an hour?
